product description
A rare collector’s find - the low-rise flared trousers from Chloé’s Spring/Summer 2001 “Horses” collection, designed by Stella McCartney. 100% wool with silk appliqué galloping horse winding around one leg. Please keep in mind that these are a over 20 years old vintage find so expect some wear and tear. I’ve pictured some flaws - two small tears/holes in the fabric (not really in visible places, one on the waistband lining and one on the inner thigh) and a missing button on the inside of the waistband lining. Despite the small flaws, these are still in great condition and the silk appliqué horse is perfect. If you thought the pants looked familiar, Jessica Parker’s character, Carrie Bradshaw, wore the trousers in the Sex and the City season 4 episode, “Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda.” In addition, Olivia Rodrigo wore the vintage trousers to the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Awards event. Size: FR 38 Inseam leg: 80,5 cm Waist: ca 70 cm
about CHLOÉ
In 1952, Egyptian-born Parisienne and bohemian spirit Gaby Aghion founded Chloé. Rejecting the stiff formality of '50s fashion, she created soft, body-conscious fashion from fine fabrics and dubbed it "luxury pret-a-porter." From the beginning, Chloé has stayed in sync with the youthful, modern, and slightly audacious mood of Paris by hiring and developing new, young talents to design the collections.
