Bontoni started out in the late 1940s by making shoes for fellow local shoemakers, but it wasn't long before it began creating shoes for merchants and aristocrats alike - and becoming one of the world's most respected shoemakers in the process. The Vittorio Oxford shoes pay homage to one of Italy's most esteemed filmmakers, Vittorio De Sica, to represent his sophistication and creativity.
